CLIMBS is a cooperative of more than 4,000 (mainly savings and credit) cooperatives, which offers a whole range of insurance products. For example, CLIMBS offers unique weather insurance that protects farmers against extreme weather phenomena such as abundant rainfall. This is a must in a country that is severely affected by the consequences of global warming.
BRS advises CLIMBS on setting up a data warehouse system that has high-quality data. We do this mainly by exchanging experience between experts from KBC and CLIMBS, both remotely and on site.
